Implementation timelines depend on scope, integration complexity, data readiness and the number of entities, channels and approval paths involved. The implementation scope and timeline are confirmed during scoping. The work itself follows a clear sequence: environment setup and ERP connection, then invoice intake and validation rules, then a parallel run before go-live. Consultants from EDI & SAP Solutions SRL run the process alongside your team.

SAP-centric landscapes are where our experience is deepest. Integration can use API, IDoc, middleware or file-based patterns, and the right combination depends on the SAP landscape and implementation requirements. We do not claim SAP certification, and we do not present any single connector or protocol as universally available. See the SAP AP automation and integrations pages for detail.

Drelo.ai can be integrated with other enterprise ERP environments where supported by the implementation. We deliberately do not advertise native integrations for Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite, because that would imply something pre-built. Feasibility is established against your actual system and the interfaces available in it.

Access is role-based and scoped, development, test and production environments are kept separate, and processing steps are recorded so an invoice can be reconstructed. We do not publish certifications, encryption standards, hosting regions or service levels on the website; those are answered in writing for a specific deployment as part of your security assessment. Structured invoice messages are parsed, mapped to your internal invoice fields and validated with the same business rules as document invoices, so both channels reach the same process. Which standards, versions and subsets apply depends on your trading partners, and we confirm that against their implementation guidelines rather than publishing a blanket list.

Some involvement is needed, but it is limited. Consultants handle mapping, configuration and testing; your IT team provides access to the systems involved and approves how the interfaces are established and governed.

Support is provided through Essix.ai, the support desk operated by EDI & SAP Solutions SRL, with SAP and EDI consultants behind it. Monitoring, error notification and the change process for interfaces are agreed during implementation.

Yes. A pilot using a representative sample of your own invoices is the sensible way to evaluate the process, because it measures capture, validation and exception volume on your documents rather than on a benchmark.

Drelo.ai is the AP and invoice automation product: capture, validation, matching and ERP integration. ESS Hub is a separate product from the same company, EDI & SAP Solutions SRL, aimed at wider supplier collaboration such as WebEDI, a supplier portal, ASN/DESADV and logistics, quality documents and supplier onboarding. They are distinct products with distinct scopes.
